Is there enough choice for single shoppers? Are supermarkets geared up for single consumers?
When fresh produce like dairy produce and fruit and vegetables are packaged in an amount that guarantees waste, do singles tend not to buy it. Do they head to the frozen aisle or chiller shelves instead, looking for individual meals that may be loaded with sodium and other additives?
