Random Acts of Kindness ……………and why we should do them
It’s early days yet, but as we start to emerge from some of the most challenging years we’ve had, whether single or not, one of our lasting memories will be the kindness of people right across the country. Those who’ve stepped up to the plate to help one another in extraordinary times in all sorts of simple and sometimes ingenious ways. We for one, will never fail to be in awe of all of them and is one of the long-lasting legacies that we will all want to support and keep.
Carrying out just a one off, simple Random Act of Kindness provides benefits for us too. When we put one into practice it releases our own positivity. So not only are we helping to make others feel a bit better in a small way, it helps us feel better about ourselves as well. Kindness reduces stress and is infectious, try it and see.
